New: Receiver Mode Option for R&S FSH

The new R&S FSH-K3 option provides a receiver mode for monitoring and pre-compliance EMC applications. The new option is valid for all existing R&S FSH models with installed firmware >= 7.0. The receiver mode will be activated via keycode.
